Environmental protection, while also having vast positive effects on the planet, is good for business. KLD drives sustainability in all of our business practices. Being good global citizens is a major aspect of our company’s Core Values. KLD and its partners follow the sustainability approach for product packaging according to the following guidelines:
- All shipping materials will contain post-consumer recycled material, and be recyclable, reusable, and/or biodegradable
- Packaging will be printed using non-toxic inks when possible
- KLD and its partners will have on-site or contracted auditable reclaim programs
KLD’s commitment to the environment doesn’t stop with our products, it extends throughout our enterprise. We will continue to look for new ways to ensure the generations to come will learn and benefit from our sustainability programs and see sustainability as all of our responsibility.
